Our premium scallops are sourced directly from Vietnam waters. We've personally sampled these delicious scallops and can confidently vouch for their exceptional quality. Each 1kg bag contains generously sized U15 scallops, delivered to you frozen to preserve their fresh-from-the-ocean flavor.

Instructions: Remove them from the freezer to defrost and put them in the refrigerator overnight. Do not re-freeze after thawing.
