Directly sourced from Vietnam, our Black Tiger Prawns are known for their distinctive black and white striped exterior. Their firm texture and delicious flavor make them a popular protein to throw on the grill and add to stir-fries and pasta dishes. Once cooked, the color will turn pink.
Instructions: Keep frozen until ready to use. Remove from the package. Rinse in a strainer under cold running water for 4 to 5 minutes or until fully thawed. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
