Beef Bones for Broth 1kg (Frozen)
DESCRIPTION
These are the same high-quality beef bones we use to make our signature beef bone broth. If you’re planning to make your own at home, don’t skip these two essential steps for the best results:
1. Blanch the bones
Place the bones in a large pot, cover them with cold water, and bring to a boil over high heat. Let them simmer for 20 minutes, then drain and rinse thoroughly. This helps remove impurities and results in a cleaner-tasting broth.
2. Roast the bones
Preheat your oven to 450˚F (232˚C) and roast the bones until they’re deeply browned, almost “too done.” This caramelization adds rich, deep flavor. Don’t forget to deglaze the roasting pan with a bit of water and scrape up all those browned bits, add them to your stockpot for maximum flavor.
You can also buy our ready-made broth here.
